MARSHMALLOW PECAN LOADED SWEET POTATO FRIES

- 1 package (20 oz) Alexia® Sweet Potato Fries with Sea Salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Diamond® Pecans ,chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
Prepare sweet potato fries according to oven package directions.
In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the hot fries and gently toss to coat. Transfer fries to a baking dish and sprinkle marshmallows and pecans over the top
Bake for an additional 4 to 6 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned. Serve immediately
Tip: Transferring the fries into a smaller baking dish for the final bake keeps them close together, which allows the marshmallows and pecans to sit nicely on top, rather than falling in-between the fries. It also makes a lovely presentation for the dinner table.
