Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) gnocchi
1 package (10 ounces) cherry tomatoes
1 package (8 ounces) mozzarella pearls, patted dry
¼ cup basil leaves, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
Directions
  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add gnocchi, salt and pepper. Cook 5–7 minutes, until browned on outside.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook 2–4 minutes, stirring often, until tomatoes burst. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and top with basil.

TIP: If you like your meals with a bit of a kick, you can swap red pepper flakes for the regular pepper called for in this recipe.
