  • 2 80% lean lbs ground chuck beef (80% lean)
  • 1 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 loaves sourdough bread rolls
  • 8 oz Heluva Good! refrigerated French onion dip
  • 12 tbsp shredded white Cheddar cheese


Heat the grill to medium-high. Divide the ground meat into 6 even mounds. Split each mound into two and shape the ground beef into 2 thin patties (2 per burger), one patty slightly bigger than the other.

Place 2 to 3 Tbsps of Heluva Good! French Onion Dip in the middle of the smaller patty, spreading it out while making sure to leave a little rim (1/2 inch) around the edge of the meat.

On top of the dip added 2 Tbsps on shredded white cheddar cheese per small patty. Cover with the remaining patty. Lightly press the edges of each patty together while keeping its shape.

Season both sides of each burger with salt and pepper. Grill burgers 5 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through. Top with 2 to 3 Tbsp of Heluva Good! French Onion Dip and serve on rolls with desired condiments and toppings.
