Refrigerate potato rounds, in the bag, overnight.
Preheat waffle iron to hottest setting.
Place even rows of refrigerated potato rounds onto hot waffle iron.
Close waffle iron as tightly as possible. You may need to use a cast iron pan or a heavy object that will continue to press the waffle iron shut to evenly waffle the potato rounds.
Cook the potato rounds in the waffle iron for 8-12 minutes, or until potato rounds are browned, crispy and firmly hold their shape
Finish with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
