CORN, TOMATO & AVOCADO SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 15.25 ounce can Essential Everyday White & Gold Whole Kernel Corn drained
  • 1 ripe avocado pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled Essential Everyday Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Essential Everyday Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • - juice of 1/2 a lime

DIRECTIONS

In large bowl, combine all ingredients.

Toss; salt and pepper to taste.
