  • 2 teaspoons 100% pure olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup hickory smoke barbecue sauce
  • 1 thin wheat pizza crust
  • 1 1/2 cups torn deli rotisserie chicken
  • 1-1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese


In medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until onions are golden brown (about 8-10 minutes).

Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust; top with chicken, onions and cheese.

Bake in a preheated 400°F oven according to package directions or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
