BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA
- 2 teaspoons 100% pure olive oil
- 1 cup sliced red onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup hickory smoke barbecue sauce
- 1 thin wheat pizza crust
- 1 1/2 cups torn deli rotisserie chicken
- 1-1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
In medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until onions are golden brown (about 8-10 minutes).
Spread barbecue sauce over pizza crust; top with chicken, onions and cheese.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven according to package directions or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
