BAKED ROTINI

with Ham & Greens

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 ounces rotini
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 15 ounce jar creamy Alfredo pasta sauce (15 ounce)
  • 1 14.5 ounce can chopped turnip greens (14.5 ounce) well drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Stir ham, Alfredo sauce and turnip greens into pasta; salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
