- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen potato rounds
- 1 (12 ounce) jar home style beef gravy
- 2 cups cheese curds room temperature
Prepare potato rounds according to package directions.
While potato rounds are in the oven or fryer heat chili according to package directions.
When potato rounds come out of the oven fryer arrange on a platter.
Immediately put room temperature cheese curds onto hot potato rounds.
Pour hot beef gravy over cheese curds and potato rounds.
