BROWNED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 15 ounce can no salt added whole new potatoes (15 ounce) drained
  • 2 tablespoons fancy shredded Italian style Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

DIRECTIONS

In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add onions and potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until browned (about 8-10 minutes).

Remove from heat. Toss with cheese and parsley.
