  • 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 15 ounce can Essential Everyday No Salt Added Whole New Potatoes drained
  • 2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Fancy Shredded Italian Style Parmesan Cheese optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

Add onions and potatoes; salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until browned (about 8-10 minutes).

Remove from heat. Toss with cheese and parsley.
