In medium skillet over medium heat, sauté bacon until crisp. Remove from pan; drain off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
Sauté onions in drippings until golden brown (about 7-9 minutes).
In a greased 2-quart baking dish, combine all ingredients. Bake, covered, in a preheated 350°F oven 1½ hours.
