- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon 100% pure olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 16 ounce package frozen whole baby carrots (16 ounce)
In large bowl, combine orange juice, oil, garlic, vinegar and orange zest. Add carrots and toss to coat; salt and pepper to taste.
Spread vegetables onto a large baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven 35-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and heated through.
