Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

2 lbs brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss Brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in large bowl until sprouts are coated. Arrange sprouts evenly on a rimmed baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Roast for 10 minutes. Remove foil and stir. Continue to cook until Brussels sprouts are well browned and tender, 10 to 12 minutes longer. Transfer to serving platter and serve.
