MULTIGRAIN PUMPKIN MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups organic multigrain pancake mix
  • 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup Wild Harvest Organic 1% Low Fat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Wild Harvest Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1/2 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 Wild Harvest Organic Large Brown Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk together until well combined.

Divide mixture among 1½ (12 count) greased or paper lined muffin pans.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 17-20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove muffins to a cooling rack.
