Golden Raspberry Salad


  • In medium skillet over medium-high heat, saut√© pancetta until crispy; remove to paper towels. Cool.
  • In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients with pancetta. Gently toss until well coated.
  • Divide salad among 4 salad plates. Serve immediately.
