OREO Witches Hats

2 cups chocolate chips
2 tbsp vegetable oil
8 OREO cookies
8 small strawberries
2 tsp green decorating icing
32 orange-colored sprinkles
Directions
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix chocolate chips with oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip cookies in melted chocolate, turning to evenly coat. Place on baking sheet.
- Pat strawberries dry and cut thin slice off top of each. Dip one at a time in remaining melted chocolate; place, pointed ends up, on cookies. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Use decorating icing to draw rim around bottom edges of strawberries. Decorate with sprinkles to resemble belt buckles.
