Grilled Lemon Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (1 lb total weight), seasoned with salt and pepper
1 lb fresh asparagus, ends cut off
2 tablespoons Woodstock lemon dill aioli
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat, add the olive oil and asparagus. Fry for 5-6 minutes, tossing continuously. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Add a little oil back to the pan, sear the salmon fillets on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Turn the heat down to medium and cook for an additional 2 minutes on each side.
  3. To make the Basil Oil:  Blend 1/4 cup olive oil with a handful of basil leaves.
