Creamy Caramelized Peas & Onions

16 oz. pkg frozen petite peas & pearl onions, thawed and drained
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 cup half & half
1/4 shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In large skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add peas and onions; sauté́ about 4 minutes. Add garlic and rosemary; salt and pepper to taste. Continue sautéing until caramelized, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in half & half and cheese; reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Serve immediately.
