The Trident Seafoods ultimate frozen fish sticks are made from whole fillets of wild caught Alaska Pollock that are flash frozen for just-caught freshness. 14 fish sticks are included, and this easy-to-prepare meal is sure to please the whole family. Each serving of fish sticks includes 12g of protein and 620 mg of Omega-3's. While most brands add 50% breading to their products, we use just 35% for more fish and less filling.
