1 pkg (1-oz) dry ranch dip mix
8 pitas
3 cups sharp Cheddar, shredded
4 cups fresh vegetables, mix of shredded carrots, chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, chopped red and yellow bell pepper, shredded zucchini
Directions
- Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix in a food processor or blender. Puree until well combined and smooth. Spread over pitas.
- Top with shredded Cheddar and veggies. Cut each pita in quarters to serve.
