Pepperoni Pizza Pudgy Pies

1 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 slices English muffin bread
1 Tbsp pizza sauce
2 Tbsp shredded mozzarella
Pepperoni slices
Directions
- Spread mayo over bread slices. Place one slice in a sandwich iron, mayo side down. Spread with pizza sauce; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese and arrange pepperonis. Top with the remaining cheese and bread slice, mayo side up. Close iron.
- Cook over a hot campfire, turning occasionally, until golden brown on the outside and cheese is melted inside, 3-6 minutes.
- TIP: For a sweet option, make refrigerated cinnamon rolls with you iron. Coat with butter or oil, grill, then add the icing.
