2020 Holiday Dinners

Prime Rib Dinner

Prime Rib
Oven

Your prime rib is fully cooked to 130°(rare) internal temperature. Warming to desired serving temperature is all that is required. Over-heating will adversely affect quality.

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Remove roast from protective cooking bag, wrap in aluminum foil and place on roasting pan. Place Prime Rib in 275° oven for approximately 45 minutes or until internal (center of the roast) temperature reaches 110°-112° F, using an oven-proof meat thermometer. Remove from oven and let Prime Rib stand for 15 minutes before slicing.

Tri Colored Roasted Potatoes
Oven
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove film from roasted potato tray. Place uncovered tray on the middle rack of the oven. Cook until hot, approximately 10-15 minutes.

Microwave
Remove potatoes from tray and place in a microwave-safe container with cover. Microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes. Stir and heat for an additional 2 minutes or until hot.

Glazed Baby Carrots
Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Reheat carrots for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached using a cooking thermometer.

Microwave
Remove carrots from tray and place in a microwave-safe container with cover. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir carrots and heat for an additional 1-2 minutes or until hot and internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached using a cooking thermometer.

Gravy
Stovetop
Empty gravy into a medium saucepan. Cover and simmer on low until hot, approximately 10-15 minutes.

Microwave
Place gravy into a microwave safe dish with cover. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes until hot.

Spiral Ham Dinner

Ham
Oven
Your spiral sliced ham is fully cooked and can be gently heated or served chilled.

To serve warm, pre-heat oven to 275 degrees F. Remove ham from packaging, reserving liquid. Place ham cut-side down, on a large sheet of foil in a roasting pan. Pour reserved liquid over ham and cover completely with foil. Warm ham in oven for 10 to 12 minutes per pound, so 50-60 minutes for a 5 lb. ham, etc. Do not overheat. Remove ham from oven, uncover and serve.

Scalloped Potatoes

Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove film from scalloped potato tray. Place uncovered tray on the middle rack of the oven. Cook until hot, approximately 30 minutes, until potatoes reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F using a cooking thermometer.

Microwave
Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir and heat for an additional 3 minutes or until hot.

Dutch Apple Pie
Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the pie on a cookie sheet lined with foil or parchment and lightly cover with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes.
