2020 Easter Dinners

 

Prime Rib Dinner

 

Prime Rib
Oven Instructions

• Preheat oven to 275 degrees.   Remove cellophane wrap from the Prime Rib. 

• Cover the pan with aluminum foil.  Warm the prime rib to an internal temperature of 100-105 degrees F maximum.  Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F.  Remove foil rom the prime rib and baste with its juices. 

• Return prime rib to the oven and heat for an additional 3-5 minutes maximum.  

 

Roasted Corn
Range/Stove Top:
• Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

• Remove cover

• Place Aluminum Pan containing Roasted Corn in Oven

• Stir twice in 10 minute increments

• Heat until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F  (aprox 30 minutes)

• Serve Hot


Microwave:
• Remove clear lid and replace with heat safe plastic wrap, poking 5 small holes in the wrap. 

• Place in microwave and heat on high for approx. 3-4 minutes. 

• Remove and Stir contents. Heat for an additional 3-4 minutes, or internal temperature reads 165°

 

Cheesy Hashbrowns
Oven Instructions:

Remove lid from the deli package of Cheesy Hash Browns and empty contents into an oven safe dish. Cover tightly with foil and heat at 350 F for approx. 30 minutes Or internal Temperature reads 165°. Stir and Serve.

Microwave Instructions:
Place in Microwave Safe Dish and place in microwave and heat high for approx. 3-4 minutes. Remove and Stir contents. Heat for an additional 3-4 minutes, or internal temperature reads 165°

 

Gouda Mac & Cheese 
Oven Instructions:

Remove lid from the deli package of Gouda Mac & Cheese and empty contents into an oven safe dish. Cover tightly with foil and heat for approx. 30 minutes or until internal Temperature reads 165°. Stir and Serve.

Microwave Instructions:
Place in Microwave Safe Dish and place in microwave and heat high for approx. 3-4 minutes. Remove and Stir contents. Heat for an additional 3-4 minutes, or internal temperature reads 165°

 

Spiral Ham Dinner

 


Spiral Ham
Reheat:

• Preheat oven to 275 F

• Remove packaging, reserving liquid

• Place Ham cut side down on a large sheet of foil in a roasting pan

• Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil

• Warm ham in oven for 10-12 minutes per pound.  Do not overheat


Scalloped Potatoes
Conventional Oven Instructions:

• Remove film from tray

• Place in the microwave

• Heat on high for 10-12 minutes or until hot

• If microwave can’t rotate, heat for 6 minutes and turn tray ½ turn and heat an additional 4-6 minutes

• Let stand 2 minutes before serving


Microwave Instructions:
• 
Preheat oven to 350 F

• Remove film from tray

• Place container on baking tray and heat in oven for 30 minutes or until hot

• Caution:  Product and container will be hot.

Do Not Broil.  Do not use in a toaster oven


Glazed Carrots
Reheat:

• Range/Stove Top

• Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

• Remove cover

• Place Aluminum Pan containing Glazed Carrots in Oven

• Stir twice in 10 minute increments

• Heat until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F  (approx. 30 minutes)

• Serve Hot
