Very Dairy Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 cups pasta shells, dry
1 cup pickles, sliced
4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 white onion, diced
1/8 cup fresh dill
1/2 cup pickle juice
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 cup pickle juice
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to the box.
  2. While pasta is cooking, slice pickles, cube cheddar cheese, and dice onions. Combine in a large bowl.
  3. When pasta finishes cooking, mix with ½ cup pickle juice in a separate bowl and set aside.
  4. As pasta is soaking in juice, combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. 
  5. Drain pickle juice from pasta and combine in large bowl with prepped additions and toss in dressing.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best taste.
