2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
2 to 3 drops green gel food coloring
Whipped cream, for garnish
Green sprinkles, for garnish
Maraschino cherries, for garnish
Directions

In a blender, combine the ice cream, milk, mint extract and food coloring. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries, as desired.
