1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Directions
- Line 10-inch cast iron skillet with parchment paper. Add dough and spread in even layer.
- Cover skillet with foil and place over low, indirect heat on campfire or grill. Bake 30 minutes or until edges start to brown and the middle begins to set.
- Remove from fire, lift cookie out of skillet by edges of parchment paper. Allow to cool 5–10 minutes.
