Ingredients
1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 oz (12 slices) Crystal Farms Ghost Pepper Deluxe Melts
8 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
8 oz Crystal Farms Mild Cheddar Cheese Shreds
1 cup whole milk
4 (½ cup) green onions, sliced
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 box Kellogg’s Town House Original FlipSides Crackers
Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan combine ghost pepper and mild cheeses with cream cheese and milk. Cook over medium-low 8–10 minutes or until cheese is melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
  2. Meanwhile, set aside 2 tablespoons cooked bacon and 2 tablespoons green onion for garnish.
  3. Remove pan from heat; stir in chicken, remaining bacon, and remaining green onions until just combined. 4 Top with reserved bacon and green onion. Serve with crackers.
