Frosted Flake Cupcakes

Frosted Flake Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups Frosted Flakes
1 (16 oz) tub chocolate frosting
Directions
- Grease muffin tin. Set aside. Pour Frosted Flakes into a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium pot over medium heat, stir together sugar and corn syrup until fully incorporated. Remove from heat when mixture starts to bubble and stir in peanut butter.
- Pour hot mixture over Frosted Flakes in large bowl and mix well. Firmly press about 1/3 cup cereal mixture into each muffin cup. Cool until firm (about an hour).
- Transfer to cupcake liners and pipe icing on each cupcake; finish with sprinkles. Store loosely covered.
