Frankenstein’s Monster Rice Krispies

Ingredients
3 tbsp butter
5 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 tsp green food coloring
6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup chocolate sprinkles, if desired
18 large candy eyes
18 Rolo candies
4 chocolate Pocky biscuit sticks
1 tube black icing
Directions
- In large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring. Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Using buttered spatula, evenly press into 13x9-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cool. Cut into small rectangles.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix chocolate chips with vegetable oil. Microwave at 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Dip top inch of each treat into chocolate. Immediately add sprinkles, if using. Rest until chocolate is firm. To decorate, use icing to adhere candy eyes, Rolo bolts, and Pocky eyebrow. Pipe on mouths to finish.
