Cinnamon-Vanilla Glazed Walnuts

Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Cinnamon
1/8 tsp McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg white
1 tbsp McCormick® All-Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
2 cups Diamond of California shelled walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Mix sugar, cinnamon, red pepper, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Beat egg white and vanilla in a medium bowl until foamy. Add walnuts and toss to coat. Add spice mixture and toss to coat the nuts evenly. Spread the nuts in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring the nuts after 30 minutes. Cool slightly and break apart. Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
