Cheezy Pickle Dip

2 cups dill pickles
2 lbs cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
1 tbsp dry dill
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp salt
4 oz Buffalo Wing Cheez-It crackers, crushed
Directions
- Rough chop pickles and strain, set juice aside. Add to food processor and blend on high for 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, pickle juice, dill, crushed red pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until mixed.
- Top with crushed Buffalo Wing Cheez-It crackers and garnish with cut pickle spears, if desired.
