Baja Fish Tacos with Apple Slaw

Ingredients
1 box (19 oz) Gorton’s crunchy breaded fish fillets (10 count)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
2 medium Pink Lady apples, cut in matchsticks (2 cups)
1 cup tricolor coleslaw
1 package flour tortillas, heated
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled
1 tsp TajÃn seasoning
Directions
- Prepare fish fillets according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, whisk together lime juice, oil, honey, and salt. Stir in apples and slaw mix. Let stand 5 minutes; drain and discard liquid.
- Fill tortillas with fish, apple slaw, avocado, and queso fresco. Sprinkle with Tajín.
