1 sleeve Kellogg’s Club Crackers
3/4 cup grated Parmesan
3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 pkg (16 oz) bacon
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 250°F. Lay 1 sleeve of crackers on a wire rack over a baking sheet. Scoop 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan onto each cracker and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  2. Cut 1 package bacon in half. Carefully wrap one piece around each cracker. It should fit snuggly; not pulled too tight.
  3. Bake for 2 hours, or until bacon is crisp and cheese is golden.
