Air Fryer Nachos

Ingredients
2 cups tortilla chips (about 20 chips)
2/3 cup 4 Cheese Mexican Style Blend Shredded Cheese
1/3 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
4-6 sliced jalapeños
Fresh Pico de Gallo
Salsa
Guacamole
Sour Cream
Pickled red onion
Cilantro
Hot sauce
Directions
- Spray pan insert with non-stick spray.
- Place tortilla chips in an overlapping single layer on the bottom of the pan/basket.
- Top with black beans, sliced jalapeños, and 4 Cheese Mexican style blend.
- Air fry at 320 degrees for 2-5 minutes. (Or until cheese is melted).
- Remove nachos from air fryer and top with pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, or whatever you’d like! Serve warm.
Tips for Success:
- If you do not have pan insert for air fryer, lining the bottom with foil and spraying with non-stick spray works just as well.
- Make sure to watch nachos closely as the air fryer cooks super fast. No one likes burnt nachos!
