Tuscan White Bean and Garlic Soup

Ingredients
1 each Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Sage
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 15 ounce cans organic cannellini beans Drained and rinsed
2 each shallots Chopped
4 cloves garlic Cut in 1/2
4 cups Wild Harvest Organic Chicken Bone Broth
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
Directions
STEP 1
In a medium stock pot, heat butter, oil and shallot. Cook, stirring occasionally until the shallots are soft.
STEP 2
Add the sage, beans and broth. Bring to a simmer. Add garlic and simmer until garlic is soft, about 10 minutes.
STEP 3
Puree the soup using a blender or stick blender until smooth. Add the cream, salt and pepper. Serve
