Mezzi Rigatoni means “half rigatoni.” It is similar to traditional Rigatoni in that it has the same heartiness, but is smaller in size. Try this pasta with a Bolognese sauce, your favorite vegetables, seafood, or in a baked casserole known as “pasta al forno.”
