Cub and Lift Bridge Brewery are both headquartered in Stillwater, MN. You might think the connection stops there, but we have four beer collabs (and counting!), a shared love of our local community, and state-wide pride that prove that’s not the case!
Our first collaboration with the brilliant brewers at Lift Bridge was in April, 2021, and since then we’ve been working together to reimagine our most famous bakery treats as new beers every season. Which one has been your favorite?
Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to get sneak peeks and news about what’s brewing next. Each flavor is limited time only and once it runs out, it’s out. But fear not, there’s always something delicious brewing.

Gingerbread Beer
Debuted: November 26, 2021
Tasting notes: Actual gingerbread cookies from our bakery went into the making of this smooth and roasty brown ale. Think of it as a winter ale all spiced up with the freshly baked gingerbread flavors of your favorite holiday cookie. We say skip the milk this year, and leave one of these for the big guy.

Honey Crisp Apple Pie Beer
Debuted: September 1, 2021
Tasting notes: This light-bodied amber ale is a love song to cozy fall afternoons in Minnesota. Inspired by Cub’s beloved Honeycrisp apple pie, it’s brewed with Minnesota-grown Honeycrisp apples, cinnamon, vanilla, and yes, pie crust, too. How else were we going to make it as comforting as a hug from your grandma?

Lemon Bar Beer
Debuted: June 1, 2021
Tasting notes: Brewed with golden malts and the same natural lemon flavors that make Cub’s Lemon Bars so famous, this light-bodied Kolsch beer is as refreshing as a glass of cool lemonade on a hot summer day, and as satisfying as showing up to a bake sale with the best-tasting bars.

Cinnamon Bread Beer
Debuted: April 1, 2021
Tasting notes: Inspired by Cub’s Signature Chunky Cinnamon Bread, this Vienna-style lager has sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon with a subtle sweetness and low ABV of 4%. If brunch had an official beer, this would be it!
