Ingredients
1 cup white rice
5 Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 tomato
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp sour cream
1 lime
Cilantro, optional
Directions
  1. Cook 1 cup white rice over the stove or in a rice cooker. Mix with chopped cilantro and lime juice (if desired).
  2. Prepare Gorton’s Air Fried Butterfly Shrimp according to package instructions.
  3. Dice 1⁄4 of a tomato (or use pre-packaged salsa).
  4. Peel and slice 1⁄2 an avocado.
  5. Rinse 1⁄2 a cup of black beans and cook accordingly. 
  6. Assemble the bowl with rice, black beans, avocado, tomato, and shrimp.
  7. Serve with a tbsp of sour cream and a lime wedge.
