Chicken Cobb Dip

8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup peeled, pitted, diced avocado
1/4 cup chopped, cooked bacon
1/4 cup coarsely crushed croutons
1 box Club crackers
Directions
- In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, onions, salt, and pepper. Stir in chicken. Pour into serving dish or bowl.
- Top with tomatoes, avocado, bacon, and croutons. Serve with crackers.
TIP 1: If desired, instead of mixing the blue cheese and green onions into the dip, they can be arranged on top along with the tomatoes, avocado, and bacon.
TIP 2: Dip can be made ahead and stored, refrigerated, in a lidded container up to 3 days. Wait to top with avocado until just before serving.
