Ingredients
4 lefse rounds
4 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
1 lb thinly sliced ham
3/4 lb thinly sliced Havarti cheese
8 crisp kosher dill pickle spears
Directions
- Spread 4 lefse rounds with mustard. Cover with a layer of ham, and then add a layer of cheese. Lay two pickle spears across each lefse. Roll up and cut into pinwheels.
