Ingredients
1 package of flatbread (or dough, if preferred)
Olive oil
1 tomato, sliced
8 oz. BelGioioso Burrata cheese
Fresh basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven or grill to 350°F.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil. Place in oven or grill until crisp (estimated 5 mins in oven).
  3. Remove from oven or grill and place tomato slices, Burrata and fresh basil on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Slice and serve immediately.
