1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil
3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
Directions
- In a bowl, stir together the butter, tequila, cilantro, lime juice and zest and chile until well blended.
- Spoon the butter onto a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, form into a log and wrap well. Chill for at least 3 hours before using.
