Ingredients
12 large Cub eggs
8 ounces Essential Everyday mayonnaise
1 ounce Essential Everyday yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Essential Everyday apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Smoked Paprika, for garnish
Directions
  1. Place the eggs in a pot and fill with enough water to cover the eggs by 2 inches.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and immediately lower the temperature to a simmer. Simmer eggs for 14 minutes. Cool the eggs in ice water and peel as soon as possible.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks from the whites. Reserve the whites until ready to fill.
  4. Place yolks into a bowl and use a fork to mash to yolks until smooth.
  5. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well until combined and smooth.
  6. Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. 7
  7. Garnish with smoked paprika
