Corned Beef Sliders

Ingredients
9 slider buns
1 pound of cooked corned beef, sliced
9 slices Swiss cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 cups shredded cabbage
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Dill pickle slices
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Coat a 9x13 sheet pan with cooking spray.
  2. Spread mayo and mustard on the bottom of 9 slider buns and place them on the sheet pan.
  3. Layer the corned beef and Swiss cheese on top of each bottom bun.
  4. In a medium skillet, preheated to medium-high heat, melt half of the butter and add the cabbage, salt and pepper. Sauté the cabbage for about 5 minutes; then spoon it equally onto the 9 sandwiches.
  5. Top the sandwiches with the top of the slider bun.
  6. Melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter in a pan or microwave and stir in onion and garlic powder. Brush this concoction on top of all 9 buns.
  7. Bake sliders for 10-15 minutes in a 350° F oven to heat everything and melt the cheese. Add pickles after removing from the oven. Serve with a side of coleslaw or steak fries. Enjoy!
