Cheesy Pull Apart Roasted Garlic Bread

Ingredients
2 large garlic bulbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup Old Home Chive and Onion Dip
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 crusty bread loaf
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
- Cut off the top of the garlic bulbs to expose the cloves. Place on a sheet of foil, drizzle with olive oil and seal the top. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix together the Old Home Chive and Onion Dip, mayo, parmesan cheese and parsley.
- Cut the bread in a 1 inch crosshatch pattern, leaving the bottom intact.
- Spread the roasted garlic dip in all the cracks of the bread followed by the cheese.
- Melt the butter and mix in the parsley. Brush half of the butter mixture over the loaf.
- Place the loaf on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Brush with the remaining parsley butter and enjoy!
