Pretzel Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

Pretzel Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
72 Kellogg's Town House Pretzel Flipsides Thins Sea Salt crackers
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions
- Combine powdered sugar and butter in a bowl. Beat on medium until combined. Fold in peanut butter. Spread on 36 crackers. Place the remaining crackers on top, creating sandwiches.
- In small microwave-safe bowl place 1¼ cups chocolate morsels. Microwave, uncovered, for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 30 more seconds, stirring every 10 until melted. Stir in the remaining ¼ cup morsels until smooth.
- Dip half of each cracker sandwich into chocolate. Place on wax-paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours or refrigerate 15-20 minutes until set.
