Ingredients
1 (14oz) package Gorton’s Popcorn Shrimp
12oz frozen cauliflower rice
2 broccoli crowns, chopped and stalk removed
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp salt
Green onion, chopped for garnish
Directions
  1. Toss broccoli florets in olive oil, salt and pepper until well coated. Then spread evenly on one half of a large baking sheet. Add shrimp in a single layer to the other half of the baking sheet. Bake according to box instructions (flipping shrimp half way through).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk honey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, corn starch, water and salt until well combined and thick. Then stir in sesame seeds. Set aside.
  3. Prepare frozen cauliflower rice according to package instructions.
  4. Plate prepared cauliflower rice, then top with broccoli.
  5. Toss cooked popcorn shrimp in honey sesame sauce. Add to plated vegetables, then garnish with green onion.

Directions
