Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons flour
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
1-1/2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
2-1/2 lb. baking potatoes, skin on, thinly sliced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan, divided
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk heavy cream, flour, garlic and pepper in medium bowl until combined. Stir in milk and chives.
  3. Place half the potatoes in 3-qt baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; layer with half each of the milk mixture, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers; cover.
  4. Bake 50 min. or until potatoes are tender, uncovering for the last 20 min.
  5. Let stand 10 to 15 min. before cutting to serve.
