Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 packages (6 oz. each) fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh lime juice
ice cubes for serving
Lime wedges or slices
Mint sprigs
Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar with 1 1/2 cups water over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Transfer to a blender.
  2. Add two packages raspberries. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain into a pitcher. Add 4 cups of water and lime juice. Stir until combined. Add ice and stir until cold. Garnish with remaining raspberries, lime wedges and mint, as desired.
  4. TIP: The average lime yields 2 tablespoons juice, so you’ll need 8 to make a full pitcher
