All-American Burger

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs 80% lean ground beef
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
4 slices American cheese
4 leaves fresh green leaf lettuce
1 beefsteak tomato, cut into 4 slices
1 red onion, cut into rings
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine ground beef, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Divide into four equal 1-inch patties. Make a shallow indentation in the center of each and refrigerate until ready to grill.
- Grill over medium-high heat, lid closed, 9-11 minutes or until cooked to 160°F, turning once.
- Remove from grill. Immediately top with cheese and build the burgers with remaining ingredients.
