Ingredients
2 canisters Essential Everyday refrigerated pizza crust
1 jar Essential Everyday pizza sauce
1 bag Essential Everyday mozzarella cheese
1 bag Essential Everyday cheddar cheese
Essential Everyday pepperoni
1 red, orange or yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Essential Everyday black olives
Optional: 4-5 slices Essential Everyday mozzarella cheese slices
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Roll out pizza crusts on a lightly floured surface. Use a 4” cookie cutter to cut into rounds. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Spread about 1 ½ tbsp pizza sauce on each pizza.
  4. To make pumpkin: top with shredded cheddar cheese. Cut two small triangles out of a bell pepper for eyes (or, cut triangles out of pepperoni) and a zig zag shape for the mouth. Make a small green stem from the green bell pepper. Arrange on pizza.
  5. To make spider web: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Slice pepperoni into thin strips, then arrange in a spider web shape. To make the spider, slice one black olive in half widthwise for the body and head. Slice another into 6-8 long strips for the legs and arrange on top of pizza.
  6. To make mummy: Slice mozzarella cheese slices into long, thin pieces. Arrange to create mummy pattern. Use 2 black olive slices for eyes (optional: add a small circle of bell pepper to color the eyes).
  7. To make eyeball pizza: Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Cut small circles out of mozzarella cheese slices, and even smaller circles out of an olive. Place the cheese circles on the pizza, then the olives on top to create eyeballs. (Note: to make the circles, we used both ends of a piping tip for different sized circles)
  8. Bake pizzas for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
